FIREFIGHTER SAFETY & SURVIVAL

On Scene Training offers emergency responders with the most up-to-date, and cutting edge training courses available. Programs are offered through interactive classroom presentations as well as realistic hands-on training opportunities or a combination of both. We specialize in customizing the various training programs to suit your needs, budget, and schedule.

General Course Duration Options:

Interactive Lecture Only: Customized from 2 to 8 hours
Interactive Lecture & Hands On Training: 1, 1 1/2 or 2 day programs

Firefighter Self Survival Skills

Course Type: Lecture and Hands on Training

This course is designed to provide the firefighter with tested and time proven techniques to prevent or escape a firefighter injury or fatality. The course includes a 3 hour lecture as well as 8 hours of Hands-On Training, (with optional 2nd Hands-On day). Evolutions will include FF Disorientation, Breaching, Disentanglement, Rapid upper floor window exits, Reduced Profiling methods, and a Mask Confidence Course. Every active interior firefighter is recommended to take this training!
